COVID-19 Service Update
As COVID-19 continues to spread around the country, a lot of people within our community are understandably worried about the health and safety of their loved ones and the effect this virus may have on the ability to access trade services.
Due to the essential nature of electrical work to ensure the safe operation of your home, Metropolitan Electrical Contractors continues to offer all emergency and general maintenance electrical services on a 24/7 basis.
It is important our community is aware that we too share your concern for safety and are following updated workplace safety advice and guidelines from official resources.
Due to the nature of our work taking us to so many locations around our community, we have a responsibility to keep you informed about what we are doing to ensure you can continue to utilise our electrical service during these unprecedented times. During this time we will:
- Closely monitor all staff, ensuring those who feel ill stay at home
- Increase the frequency of cleaning and practising safe hygiene (especially in your home)
- Abide by the social distancing requirements mandated by authorities
- Remain connected to all updates from trade industries, local communities and official advice from the Government
