After a quick Google search for ‘electrician Brisbane‘, John rang Metropolitan Electrical Contractors on a Friday night as he wanted to book an electrician to supply and install a fan in his home. The call centre instructed John they could have an electrician to his Redcliffe property between 2 pm and 5 pm the next day. Unfortunately, John had already planned to go out Salmon fishing. So he asked for a different time slot. The call centre then provided him with a revised time of midday on Sunday. John was pleased with the company’s flexibility and accepted the time slot.

Upon arrival at John’s property, our electrician assessed his home, the number of occupants and provided a quote to supply and install a fan. He was happy with the quote and gave the all-clear to commence the work. John wanted the fan in a certain spot of the room because he said that he was prone to overheating in that particular area. The electrician didn’t agree with John’s assessment and suggested a different spot for the fan. After a discussion, John realised that the airflow would be better where the electrician had suggested the fan to go.
